Key Responsibilities
- Run point of sale (cash register) for store and fuel operations
- Stock store shelves and walk-in cooler
- Take down coffee service and set up service for the following day
- Follow daily cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and management
- Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly
- Escalate issues to supervisors or managers as needed
- Work by yourself from late afternoon until 10 PM close
- Operate lottery equipment correctly
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual personality
- Enjoys working with customers
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Willingness to weekends and holidays
- Motivated to provide excellent customer service
