Support Role Position

• Being by the book, with sanitation, food and safety standards.
• Fostering a welcoming environment, where every guest is special, all areas are neat and pizzas are the very best they can be.

Summary description:

The crew member is responsible for the following, but not limited to, duties and responsibilities while continually promoting a culture that embraces the company's core values of quality, service integrity and team work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exhibit readiness to perform role by wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and showing up at assigned time.
• Adhere to Papa Murphy's store "performance standards."
• Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
• Keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked.
• Perform all tasks/duties assigned by immediate supervisor

Front of house:

• Assist the guest/customer
• Make pizzas in timely manner
• Handle transactions at the cash register
• Make sure sanitation standards are met

Back of house:

• Following all procedures for making, prepping, storing, and rotating all products to ensure quality.
• Perform duties as the runner or dishwasher as needed
• Make sure all safety and sanitation standards are met.

Other requirements:

• Regularly required to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 30 pounds.
