Crew Member

Front of House and Kitchen Support: You'll rotate between stations to keep the line moving and customers happy!
Pay: $10-15 an hour, based on experience and availability
Schedule: Part-time and full-time shifts available, including evenings/weekends
Responsibilities:

• Take orders at the counter or drive-thru
• Prepare food to recipe and portion standards
• Keep prep, dining, and register areas clean and stocked
• Follow food safety and handling procedures
• Work as part of a team during rush periods

What we're looking for:

• No experience required - we train
• Reliable and on time for scheduled shifts
• Comfortable on your feet during busy periods
• Friendly, clear communicator with customers and teammates
• Must be 14 years old or older

Availability Expectations:
Teamwork includes helping with closing shifts. Once eligible for extended hours (16+ years old), crew members must be available for:

• One weekday close (Sunday-Thursday)
• One weekend close (Friday or Saturday)

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those to be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

• Move items weighing up to 50 pounds for various needs
• Possess manual dexterity for assembly
• Able to reach, bend, push, pull and/or stretch body to grab or move items
• Remain in a standing/sitting position for 4 or more hours at a time
• Able to quickly move about inside and outside the restaurant
• Able to use various kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, grills, toasters, etc. if allowed to by law
• Exposure to cold temperatures from coolers and freezers, as well as heat from cooking equipment
• Exposure to weather such as heat, cold, rain, snow and wind
• Able to see, read, and comprehend a variety of written or displayed media
