Jimmy John's is currently hiring inshop workers for our Highlands Ranch location! We are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our crew!

Inshop employees make some of the tastiest sandwiches around, provide great customer service, help maintain a clean environment, and complete other daily tasks around the restaurant!

We offer competitive pay starting at $13.50/hr with a pay raise after completing a menu test! We are currently looking for primarily day-shift employees but encourage all to apply!

Requirements:

• Responsible for customer product and service standards
• Foster an environment of teamwork
• Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
• Execute quality store operations
• Clean store, small wares, etc as necessary
• Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
