DESCRIPTION
In-shop team member compensation: Base $13 to $15 per hour PLUS tips (Tips usually add between $3-$4 an hour to base wage). Total Compensation about $16-$19 per hour. Perfect for teens (we hire 16, and 17 years and older) and college students. No experience required.
