Dunkin' is hiring part-time and full-time Crew Members! As a Dunkin' Crew Member, you will play a key role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include taking guest orders, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering a positive experience to every guest. This fast-paced and team-oriented role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

We start work early - no 9am-5pm shifts here at Dunkin': Examples: 4am – 10am; 5am – 11am; 5am – 12pm; 5am – 1pm; 6am – 1pm; 12pm - 6pm; 1pm - 9pm; 2pm – 10pm
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Prior experience in guest service or food service roles is a plus.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately handle cash transactions and maintain order accuracy.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, as needed for stocking and cleaning tasks.
- Willingness to learn and follow Dunkin' and Company standards and procedures for food preparation, safety, and guest service.
- ServSafe Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for guests.
