Summary: As a Crew Member at Auntie Annes Cinnabon, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. You will prepare and serve our signature baked goods and beverages while ensuring excellent customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Assist customers in selecting menu items and answer any questions about the products.
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the cash register.

Food Preparation:

• Prepare and bake signature menu items according to company standards and recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in all preparation areas.

Teamwork:

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing tasks.

Cleanliness & Safety:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the kitchen, dining, and storage spaces.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required-training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
