Team Member Position Available
Work in crews to apply a variety of spray applications onto different types of roofs. A fun team environment awaits you! Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license. Willing to submit to a drug test prior to employment. No experience required, but must be motivated, self-starting, detail-oriented, and able to lift 50lbs plus. Ability to climb a ladder, work independently, and be a team player. Willing to work in a variety of weather conditions. Available to work two Saturdays a month during production season.
Benefits include $22.50 to $25.50 per hour, full-time position, overtime opportunities, hiring bonus, insurance, retirement, PTO, holiday pay, profit sharing, and employee ownership.
