Yellowstone Landscape is hiring a Crew Leader – Tree Care to supervise field crews on commercial tree care projects. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead daily operations including pruning, removals, cabling, and stump grinding while ensuring strict safety and quality standards. Coordinate crew schedules, inspect work sites, operate and oversee use of bucket trucks, chippers, and chainsaws, and train crew members on best arboricultural practices.
You’ll interact with clients and site contacts, complete basic documentation, and support installation and maintenance across large commercial and municipal properties in a safety-first, team-driven environment.
