Lead a field crew installing hardscapes, plantings, irrigation, and site amenities for HOAs, resorts, and commercial properties. Coordinate daily tasks, allocate labor and equipment, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule standards.
Train and mentor crew members in proper construction and horticultural techniques while maintaining a clean, organized job site. Work closely with supervisors and clients to resolve issues, read plans, and track materials.
