Lead a small crew installing hardscape, planting, grading, and irrigation systems on high-profile properties. Coordinate daily tasks, read site plans, and ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
Operate and oversee use of trucks, skid steers, trenchers, and power tools. Train and mentor crew members while maintaining a clean, organized jobsite. Collaborate with supervisors, clients, and inspectors to resolve issues and complete projects on time.
