- The role is for a creditors' rights litigation associate within Troutman Pepper Locke's CMBS Special Servicer group.
- Experience is required across all aspects of commercial foreclosures, receiverships, loan enforcement litigation, real estate-related litigation, guarantor lawsuits, post-judgment collection work, and bankruptcies.
- The position involves motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), and courtroom experience.
- Candidates should also have experience with out-of-court workouts, settlement agreements, forbearance agreements, and ancillary litigation such as commercial landlord-tenant litigation.
- Licensure in one or more of Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, and Wisconsin is encouraged, with multi-jurisdictional licensure being a plus.
