Creditor's Rights ParalegalLHH is recruiting a Creditor's Rights Paralegal for a downtown Cleveland law firm. This position will support the Business Practice Group. 1600 billable hour requirement. Four weeks vacation.

Responsibilities include:Filing of bankruptcy papers by way of ECF (Electronic Case Filing)Preparing draft proofs of claimPreparing notices of appearancePreparing schedules of assets and liabilitiesQualifications: 7-10 years of experience in chapter 11 business bankruptcies.

Experience in creditor's rights, including in the bankruptcy space and judgment enforcement in state courts (e.g., issuances of bank attachments, etc.). Litigation paralegal experience.Pay details: $85,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year. Search managed by: Cheryl Jacobs.
