CreditLens Configuration & Administration SpecialistOnsite in Manhattan NYRole SummaryThe CreditLens Configuration & Administration Specialist is responsible for configuring, administering, and supporting Moody's CreditLens modules to meet business requirements across C&I and CRE portfolios. This role focuses on identity and access management, deal structuring, deal pipeline configuration, covenant configuration, and data extracts, leveraging standard CreditLens functionality and tools such as CreditLens Advanced Designer (CLAD). The individual will partner closely with business stakeholders and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accurate and effective system configuration.Key ResponsibilitiesCreditLens Configuration & AdministrationConfigure and maintain CreditLens Identity and Access Management (IAM), including: Creation and maintenance of up to 10 system roles and up to 40 usersEnforcement of role-based access controls within standard CreditLens capabilitiesSupport configuration of CreditLens single sign-on (SSO) using SAML 2.0–compliant authentication systems, when requiredDeal Structuring Module (CLAD)Configure Deal Structuring module using CreditLens Advanced Designer (CLAD), including: Creating or modifying up to 10 deal attributesDeleting, hiding, relabeling, or setting existing fields as read-onlyAssigning default values to existing fieldsEnsure all changes align with standard CreditLens product functionalityApply configurations across C&I and/or CRE portfolios as requiredDeal Pipeline ConfigurationConfigure standard C&I and CRE deal pipelines, including: Modifying labels for existing pipeline stagesAdding up to 25 columns across existing pipelinesDeleting existing deal stages where appropriateConfiguring up to 10 deal-level attributes to capture business data needsEnsure all pipeline configurations remain within supported CreditLens functionalityCoordinate with stakeholders without performing historical deal cleanupCovenant Module ConfigurationConfigure CreditLens Covenant Module attributes, including: Creating or modifying up to 10 attributesDeleting, hiding, relabeling, or setting fields as read-onlyApplying default values where appropriateEnsure all configurations are applied within existing covenant view models and standard product limitationsUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) SupportPartner with business users during configuration UAT periods (up to 15 business days per configuration)Analyze reported defects and remediate configuration-related issues within scopeValidate configuration accuracy prior to production readinessData Extracts & Integration SupportConfigure and maintain: One (1) standard CreditLens data extractUp to three (3) custom data extractsSupport data delivery to enterprise data warehouses or downstream systemsCoordinate with data, reporting, and integration teams as neededRequired Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience with Moody's CreditLens, including C&I and CRE modulesStrong understanding of: Credit lifecycle workflowsDeal structuring, pipelines, and covenant managementExperience with: Application configuration (not custom development)Role-based access controls and user administrationSSO concepts (SAML 2.0 preferred)Familiarity with UAT processes and defect remediationAbility to translate business requirements into system configurationsStrong attention to detail and documentation disciplinePreferred QualificationsExperience using CreditLens Advanced Designer (CLAD)Banking or financial services background (commercial lending preferred)Experience supporting data extracts or downstream reporting platformsPrior involvement in system implementations or post-go-live optimization effortsWorking StyleDetail-oriented, structured, and process-drivenComfortable working within vendor and product constraintsAble to collaborate effectively with business, IT, and risk stakeholdersStrong communicator, capable of supporting both technical and non-technical users
