Executing and optimizing credit strategies, the full-time hybrid Credit Strategy Manager I will manage underwriting, risk-based pricing, and offer management strategies for consumer lending products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation. Key Responsibilities Execute and refine underwriting and pricing strategies, translating them into decisioning logic and operational rules Design and evaluate tests related to pricing, assessing customer price sensitivity and preparing regular performance reports Own defined components of credit strategy end-to-end, influencing cross-functional partners to implement and monitor performance effectively Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, finance, economics, business, or equivalent experience 4-6 years of experience in credit risk, pricing strategy, underwriting, or analytics Experience analyzing metrics related to approval, conversion, yield, and profitability Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, R, or similar analytical tools Understanding of credit risk and lending economics
