Key Responsibilities for the Credit Specialist:

• Manage customer follow-up regarding outstanding balances and collection activities.
• Process check deposits and ensure customer accounts are accurately maintained.
• Support accounts receivable functions, including customer account management and payment processing.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve payment and billing issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records while providing strong customer service.

Qualifications for the Credit Specialist:

• Customer service experience preferred; AR experience highly preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree highly desired.
