Managing the development and execution of the Credit Risk Review Continuous Review program, the full-time Credit Risk Manager II will evaluate credit risk management processes, assess portfolio quality, and identify emerging risks while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct independent evaluations of credit risk management processes and compliance with policies and regulations Analyze credit risk in complex borrower portfolios and support conclusions with data-driven assessments Present findings and recommendations to senior business leaders and assist in managing open credit risk issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; graduate degree preferred in Business, Finance, or Economics A minimum of 10 years of lending and/or credit-related experience, with preference for Credit Risk Review or regulatory agency experience Strong project management and presentation skills Advanced proficiency in data interpretation and use of MS Office applications; experience with Access, Business Objects, and SAS is desirable Effective influencing and negotiation skills, with sound judgment in professional interactions
