Overseeing first-line credit underwriting and portfolio management, the full-time Credit Products Manager will lead a team of underwriters and credit professionals, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and business objectives while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Maintains visibility and knowledge of bank relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives Proactively identifies and escalates areas for improvement in credit processes, policies, and procedures Collaborates with Sales, Credit Products, and Risk teams to drive responsible growth and optimize credit decisioning Required qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred 12+ years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management, and risk management within the financial industry 5+ years of experience managing teams of credit analysts and underwriters Expertise in credit bureaus, credit decision engines, and credit modeling for underwriting Strong knowledge of federal and state laws related to credit decisions
