In this position you will help shape overall credit governance, lead a dedicated team, modernize tech stacks, and partner directly with Sales, Finance, and IT to balance smart risk controls with revenue growth.

What you will do:
• Build and maintain credit policies, approval standards, risk mitigation, and payment terms across all customer segments.
• Manage, coach, and empower the Credit and Collections team, creating strong alignment between risk strategy and operational execution.
• Serve as the business owner for credit systems, fraud tools, and payment gateways. Partner with ERP, Finance, and IT to build a multi-year roadmap for automation.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for complex credit evaluations, risk exceptions, and high-value accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to align credit governance with customer acquisition and market expansion.
• Define, monitor, and present enterprise credit KPIs, portfolio health metrics, and fraud prevention strategies to senior executive leadership.
What you’ll have:
• 5+ years of credit experience.
• B.S. in Finance or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong proficiency with ERP platforms, Excel, and tools such as Power BI.
• Good communication skills.
• A collaborative and accountable mindset.
