Building a new credit control function, the fully remote Credit Controller will establish processes, set up workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to manage customer accounts and enhance collections performance. Key responsibilities Design workflows and escalation steps for the credit control function from inception Establish AR monitoring routines, including account aging review and overdue prioritization Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve billing issues and manage disputes Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Collections Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts related to Accounts Receivable Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filters, lookups, and pivot tables Experience with ERP and AR/collections tools, such as NetSuite, is a plus Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without formal authority
