To support loan growth initiatives, the full-time Credit Associate will serve as the credit specialist for Relationship Managers, analyzing client performance and coordinating with the credit team to assess new debt opportunities in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Review and analyze prospective client performance and debt needs while recommending appropriate credit structures Monitor existing borrower performance and proactively raise credit concerns to mitigate risk Conduct financial analysis, including historical trend analysis and financial forecasting, for new and existing borrowers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience At least 4 years of relevant banking experience Experience analyzing Fund and Sponsor Banking deals and underwriting C&I credits Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial statements Expert knowledge in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
