About the Role
We’re a community bank that knows our customers by name and makes decisions close to home. As a Credit Analyst, you’ll be the lending team’s go-to partner for understanding the numbers behind each deal and giving lenders clear, well-supported recommendations.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze financials, tax returns, and cash flow for commercial and CRE borrowers
- Prepare credit memos with risk ratings and recommendations
- Work with lenders to structure deals on credits in the $1MM to $4MM range
What You Bring
- 2+ years of credit analysis experience, with exposure to credits in the $1MM to $4MM range
- Strong skills in spreading, cash flow analysis, and global debt service
- Clear, confident writing and communication
- Comfort with Excel and spreading software
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience
Work Environment
