This $500 million community bank, located in Northeast Iowa, with locations throughout the state, is seeking an experienced credit leader to join its strong and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of combined experience in portfolio management, credit underwriting, and credit analysis, along with at least two years of supervisory experience.

In this role, you’ll oversee a team of three credit analysts and one trainee while supporting both agricultural and commercial lending relationships.
