Essential Functions
These are the job duties required of the position.
Essential Functions
- Provides clerical support to Academic Records Supervisor, Academic Records Specialist, and Academic Advisors.
- Assists with processing candidacy applications and change of program forms.
- Assists students with completion/submission of certification forms.
- Assists students with conflicts during registration and add/drop of courses.
- Prepares graduation checklists.
- Acts as office receptionist; answers phones, schedules advising appointments, greets and directs visitors.
- Prepares routine merge letters to CEPS students and maintains CEPS student files.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required.
- Related duties as required.
