Coordinating credentialing committee operations, the remote Associate Credentialing Team Lead will manage provider credentialing and recredentialing processes, facilitate committee meetings, and provide guidance to credentialing specialists while ensuring compliance with NCQA standards. Key responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate scheduled and ad hoc Credentialing Committee meetings, including agenda development and case preparation Review flagged provider credentialing files for completeness and accuracy, ensuring timely committee decisions Provide day-to-day coaching and support to credentialing specialists, promoting consistency and quality in operations Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in provider credentialing within a healthcare or behavioral health organization 1+ years of experience leading credentialing committee meetings Working knowledge of NCQA credentialing standards and accreditation requirements Experience mentoring or guiding team members in an operational environment Strong organizational skills and experience with credentialing software and provider data management systems
