(Overview):Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care and Little Spurs Autism Centers is looking to add a Credentialing Specialist to our growing team! The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the credentialing database, all licensures, insurance, board certifications for Little Spurs healthcare providers.

The Credentialing Specialist will work under the direction of the Central Business Office Manager to ensure effective operations and compliance with government/state regulations and UCA requirements.What You Need (Qualifications):High School diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years provider credentialing experienceAbility to meet and confer in a professional manner with Physicians and Physician extendersBachelor's degree in health care administration, business management, or related field (preferred)Knowledge of credentialing software and ability to navigate payor portalsProvider enrollment/reenrollment (CAQH, PECOS, PEMS, TMHP, etc.)Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and AdobeDelegated credentialing experience (preferred)Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements and accreditation standards (i.e., Joint Commission, NCQA, UCA, and CMS) (preferred)CPCS or CPMSM (preferred)The Perks (Benefits):Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits available employee, spouse, and dependentsVoluntary Short-Term & Long-Term Disability & Voluntary Life Insurance (Employee, Spouse, Children)401k with 4% company match on 5% employee contribution80 hours of PTO accumulated through the year; available for rolloverMore PTO accrued after three and five years of serviceNo cost for in-house medical care for employee and dependent childrenEmployee recognition and appreciation programs
