Remote Full Time Healthcare Support Occupations

To support timely provider onboarding and patient care coverage, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Credentialing Specialist will process applications, perform primary source verifications, and maintain compliance records in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Process initial appointments, reappointments, and privileging applications for healthcare providers in accordance with relevant standards and policies Perform comprehensive primary source verification of credentials, including licensure, education, and work history Maintain accurate provider credentialing records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience Minimum 2 years of provider credentialing experience, with hospital Medical Staff credentialing preferred Experience in primary source verification and credentialing compliance activities Familiarity with Joint Commission, CMS, NCQA standards, and credentialing systems such as MD-Staff Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a remote setting
