To support the enrollment of behavioral health providers, the full-time Credentialing Representative - Wisconsin will manage credentialing processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and maintain accurate practitioner records in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Identify and document credentialing requirements while maintaining practitioner records within databases Initiate and verify credentialing applications, ensuring data integrity and compliance with primary source verification standards Act as a liaison between the practitioner network and internal departments to address issues and facilitate re-credentialing processes Required qualifications High School Diploma/GED 1+ years of experience in credentialing and/or healthcare 1+ years of computer proficiency with MS Excel and Word Ability to work a 40-hour week between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time Access to a designated quiet workspace at home to secure Protected Health Information (PHI)
