Providing entry-level support for credentialing activities, the full-time Associate Specialist in National Credentialing will evaluate applications, communicate with healthcare providers, and maintain credentialing software systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities Evaluate credentialing applications for accuracy and completeness while meeting production goals Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify questions and request missing information Review and process daily alerts for sanctions and exclusions to determine provider status Required qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a data processing, production, and/or administrative role, preferably in healthcare Data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Self-direction and logical thinking abilities Internet research experience Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
