Ensuring healthcare providers are properly enrolled with payors, the full-time remote Credentialing Associate will manage documentation submissions, resolve enrollment issues, and track revalidation deadlines to facilitate reimbursement for services. Key responsibilities: Ensure all necessary documents are submitted and current for provider enrollment and revalidation Act as the point of contact for resolving enrollment issues with payors Monitor and track revalidation deadlines to ensure timely re-enrollment and prevent reimbursement disruptions Required qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in credentialing and payor enrollment Knowledge of State Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial health plans Familiarity with the PECOS system Experience working with major payors such as UnitedHealthcare and Aetna Certification in payer enrollment or healthcare administration is a plus
