About Creator Partners Group:

Creator Partners Group (CPG), powered by OWM, runs creator marketing at scale for growth stage brands. We match brands with the right creators, produce high-performing content for paid social, and build long-term creator partnerships that go beyond one-off influencer deals. OWM sits at the intersection of talent, brand partnerships, and ownership, and CPG is how we bring that approach to brands running creator programs at volume.

The Role:

We're looking for a Creator Program Manager to run point on every CPG client from kickoff to final delivery. You'll be the central point between our brand clients, our creators, and our internal sourcing, creative, and engineering teams. You'll own the full campaign lifecycle: aligning on client goals, selecting and negotiating with creators, keeping production on schedule, and making sure every campaign ships on time and performs.

This role is for someone who loves being the quarterback. You're organized, you communicate clearly, you're comfortable negotiating, and you have a sharp eye for which creators will actually move the needle for a brand.

What You'll Do:

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CPG brand clients, leading kickoff calls, check-ins, and campaign recaps.
  • Translate client goals, budgets, and brand guidelines into clear campaign plans and creator briefs.
  • Set expectations on timelines, deliverables, and usage rights, and keep clients updated throughout each campaign.

Creator Selection:

  • Review and vet creator shortlists from our sourcing team, evaluating fit, audience, content quality, and past performance.
  • Make final creator recommendations to clients and explain the reasoning behind each pick.
  • Build and maintain a bench of reliable creators for repeat and retainer campaigns.

Negotiation and Contracting:

  • Lead rate negotiations with creators and their managers within client budgets.
  • Define deliverables, usage and whitelisting rights, exclusivity, and payment terms.
  • Coordinate contracts and make sure terms are fully agreed before production begins.

Campaign Execution:

  • Own the day-to-day communication with creators, from brief to final delivery.
  • Manage production timelines and follow up to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Route content through creative review and approval, and coordinate revisions with creators.
  • Confirm all content is delivered, approved, and live or handed off for paid ads on time.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with our sourcing team on creator pipelines for each client.
  • Partner with our creative team on briefs, content review, and approvals.
  • Work with our engineering team to make sure our platform and workflows support campaign tracking, creator data, and delivery.
  • Spot bottlenecks in the process and improve how we run campaigns as we scale.

Reporting and Growth:

  • Track campaign status, spend, and results across all active clients.
  • Share performance insights with clients and recommend next steps, including converting test campaigns into ongoing monthly partnerships.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or campaign/program management at an agency, brand, or creator-focused company.
  • A track record of managing multiple campaigns or clients at once without dropping details.
  • Experience negotiating rates and deliverables with creators or talent managers.
  • Strong instincts for creator fit and content quality, especially for paid social (Meta, TikTok).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with both brands and creators.
  • Highly organized and comfortable with project management tools and fast-moving timelines.
  • Familiarity with usage rights, whitelisting, and creator contract terms.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with UGC or paid-social creative programs.
  • Existing relationships with creators or talent managers.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup.
