Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, the remote Creator Outreach Associate Contractor will identify and onboard emerging Portuguese-speaking talent to the Twitch livestreaming community, managing outreach and relationships while achieving weekly targets. Key responsibilities Search for and engage emerging talent across various platforms, initiating outreach to persuade creators to join Twitch Guide creators through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for their first stream Manage outreach efforts and maintain accurate records in a CRM system to track creator interactions and pipeline status Required qualifications Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work for the duration of the contract Fully fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese, with strong relationship-building skills Ability to work hours aligned with Brazil's time zone to collaborate effectively with the Brazil team and creators Prior experience in a quota-carrying outreach, sales, or talent-scouting role Strong understanding of the creator economy and trends across various platforms
