Leading the Outside Creator Network, the full-time remote Creator Marketing Manager will scout and vet creators, manage creator-led campaigns from inception to reporting, and oversee budgets and contracts while contributing to internal pitches. Key responsibilities: Proactively source and vet new creators across social media platforms Pair creators with brand needs and manage the full campaign workflow Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using social media data Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in creator/influencer marketing or digital marketing Deep knowledge of social platforms and what makes content engaging Strong project management skills across multiple campaigns and budgets Experience analyzing social media data and generating reports Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred
