Creator and UGC Manager

To grow and manage an active creator program, the part-time Creator & UGC Manager will find new talent, structure contracts, and oversee a roster of creators while working remotely in a contract role with flexible hours. Key responsibilities Source and vet new creators across various platforms to maintain a pipeline of talent Negotiate contracts and manage deliverables, ensuring clarity and consistency across the creator roster Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, feedback, and performance tracking of creator submissions Required qualifications 8+ years of experience managing creator or UGC programs for DTC brands, agencies, or marketplaces Proven ability to recruit and negotiate with creators effectively Strong organizational skills to manage multiple creators and deadlines simultaneously Familiarity with performance metrics on platforms like Meta and TikTok Experience in regulated categories such as health or wellness is a plus
