n What you will do at VeSync:n

• n Champion the customer's perspective throughout the product lifecycle to ensure their needs are prioritized, resulting in successful and engaging products.n
• n Communicate with project requestors and other project managers to assess the scope of projects and retrieve all necessary details to startn
• n Assess overall timelines for go-to-market (GTM) campaigns to ensure timely delivery of required deliverablesn
• n Negotiate with project stakeholders and creative team members to adjust project scopes and timelines in order to meet project milestones while considering workload capacityn
• n Manage the day-to-day workload of creative services team members (Content Department, Design Department, Production Department)n
• n Assign projects and deliverables, setting deadlines for team membersn
• n Manage project timelines and delivery submissions on our project management solution, Monday.comn
• n Manage digital assets and approval workflows on our digital asset management (DAM) platformn
• n Optimize Monday.com to business workflows by creating automations, setting up templates, creating new data points for reporting, and troubleshooting issuesn
• n Develop workflows for creative services team members for use on Monday.comn
• n Act as the key point of communication between team members and project requestors/stakeholdersn
• n Maintain project documentation via email and Monday.comn

n What you bring to the role:n

• n Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experiencen
• n Minimum 3 years’ experience in traffic or project managementn
• n Experience with internal creative teams preferredn
• n Experience working in project management solutions;n n Monday.comn n preferredn
• n Experience working with a digital asset management (DAM) tooln
• n Proficient in Microsoft Office 365n
• n Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)n
• n Ability to strategize creatively to provide solutions to issues in workflown
• n Self-motivated and highly collaborativen
• n Strong decision-making and leadership skillsn
• n Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage simultaneous projectsn
• n Proven track record of performing well in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentn
• n Meticulous attention to detailn
• n A strong sense of ownership and accountabilityn

n Location:n n This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.n n n n Salary:n n $85,000+ annuallyn n
