Overview
Do you enjoy making things with your hands and have hobbies involving color or 3-D art? This role pairs creativity with repair work, typically completing on-site repairs in an hour or less.
Note: This description reflects a Surface Experts Technician position focused on artistic approach to surface repair.
Duties and Responsibilities
- In the Field Daily: Complete 4 or more on-site creative repairs per day, perform work on-location with strong customer service and communication, and problem-solve across a variety of settings (e.g., apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites).
- Customer Service and Communication: Treat tenants and staff with exceptional service, update progress in the CRM/Dispatch tool, and collaborate with the Support Team to resolve issues.
- Follow Repair Process: Learn and apply the company\'s 5-step process, master the tools in your toolkit, and tailor solutions to each repair.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with manual work (construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, etc.).
- Color vision and the ability to distinguish and replicate colors is integral.
- Driver\'s license and ability to pass a background check.
