Creative Recruiter

To build a high-performing design team from the ground up, the remote Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, Creative will manage full-cycle recruitment for Product Design roles, collaborating closely with senior leadership to establish hiring processes and standards. Key responsibilities Run full-cycle recruitment for Product Design roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview process design Partner with the Head of Design and senior leaders to serve as a talent advisor and build the hiring process from scratch Develop market maps and long-term pipelines of exceptional creative talent while using data to influence hiring decisions Required qualifications 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house Deep experience hiring Product Designers and Design Leaders Proven track record of building recruiting processes and functions from 0 to 1 Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level and Director-level partners effectively Ability to leverage data for decision-making and pipeline management
