Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).You Will Be:Acting as the central point of communication across all cross-functional teams on a project.Planning, coordinating, managing and facilitating the workflows of a project to ensure completion on time and within budget.Managing concurrent fast-paced projects across a variety of accounts.Developing processes that help work to be executed at the highest quality standards.Developing project timelines based on client milestones and team bandwidth realities.Managing timeline shifts and the impact to workstreams, including maintaining internal communications to make sure work is on schedule and stays on track.Coordinating internal project meetings and reviews, ensuring clear next steps for all team members.Helping team members prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.Ensuring the integration of other departments and resources at necessary milestones during the development process (e.g. production, business & legal affairs, etc).Managing projects across all channels: Broadcast, social, digital, video, print, OOH, experiential etc.Monitoring and enforcing project constraints (schedule / scope / resources), raising issues to VP Operations as needed.Working closely with account and finance teams on SOW and staff plan development.Supporting the bi-weekly reconciliation of staff hours and related fees.Owning the administrative setup required to establish projects within our systems.Maintaining upkeep of client or project folders and Slack channels.Leveraging project management platforms or other tools/systems for project organization (Asana, RACI charts, hot sheets, etc).Leading project management efforts for internal Giant Spoon initiatives when needed.Keeping teams highly motivated.You Must Have:2+ years of hands-on project management experience at a creative agency.Solid understanding of the agency creative and production process across various content types/channels.Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and be resourceful, flexible and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment.High EQ and the ability to read what a team needs to be happy and productive.Problem solving skills - anticipates issues and proactively comes up with solutions.Acute attention to detail.Ability to collaborate creatively across departments and offices.Ability to foster trusting relationships with teammates and clients.Effective written, verbal, and visual communicator.Genuine desire to learn.Proficient in Google Suite, Slack and Microsoft Office.Experience with project management software like Asana, a plus.Giant Spoon is an agency that strives to build an inclusive workplace dynamically rooted in our differences.
