To support a fast-paced in-house creative agency, the temporary part-time Creative Operations & Traffic Specialist will manage 60-80 active projects, ensuring seamless workflow and timely deliverables while working remotely for 20-25 hours per week. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end traffic management for a high volume of creative projects across various disciplines Triage incoming requests, assess team capacity, and assign work using Asana Proactively identify project bottlenecks and maintain operational visibility through project management tools Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a Traffic Manager, Creative Project Manager, or Creative Operations Specialist Deep, hands-on experience with Asana for managing tasks and workflows Strong assertiveness and diplomacy skills to hold team members accountable Understanding of creative production cycles and product design/UX workflows Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Slack, Jira, and digital proofing platforms
