- Define RoboForce's cinematic language and build repeatable formats that make our work recognizable and consistently excellent.
- Significantly contribute creative concepts and content to marketing campaigns, product launches, the website, social media, recruiting, and sales-without owning those functions.
- Partner with our marketing experts and designers to translate business goals, audience insight, and technical proof into compelling creative work.
- Direct editors, cinematographers, motion/VFX artists, 3D specialists, and agencies; manage briefs, budgets, schedules, reviews, files, and usage rights.
- Hybrid with 3+ days/week in-office (Milpitas, CA) collaboration with the teams.
Requirements

- Ability to translate complex technical subjects into clear, credible stories without losing accuracy or overstating product capabilities.
- Experience contributing to integrated campaigns and adapting creative across web, social, events, recruiting, sales, and other audience touchpoints.
- Experience managing agencies, production partners, schedules, and budgets while maintaining creative quality.
- Strong judgment when working with executives, engineers, marketers, designers, customers, and external partners.
