What You'll Do

1. 1. Define and evolve the Cider brand's visual identity, tone, and storytelling across global channels — retail, e-commerce, social, campaign, and content.
2. 2. Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary global creative team.
3. 3. Partner closely with merchandising, marketing &retail teams to translate commercial strategy into breakthrough creative work.
4. 4. Own creative direction for major global campaigns, seasonal launches, collaborations, and retail experiences.
5. 5. Set the bar for craft and taste, ensuring every brand expression feels unmistakably Cider.
6. 6. Build and scale creative operations, workflows, and tools that enable a fast-moving team to ship at the speed of culture.
7. 7. Serve as a cultural compass — identify trends, voices, and references that move our community forward.

What We're Looking For

1. 1. 7+ years of creative leadership experience, ideally in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or a related Gen‑Z brand.
2. 2. Proven track record of building and leading high‑performing creative teams.
3. 3. Portfolio demonstrating iconic brand work, sharp visual taste, and range across mediums.
4. 4. Deep understanding of how Gen Z discovers, consumes, and shares content — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
5. 5. Strong cross‑functional collaboration — you can partner with marketing, merchandising, and product leaders as a peer.
6. 6. Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments where speed and craft both matter.
