Creative Client Advisor/Account Manager

You'll become a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through a highly personalized creative journey from the first conversation to the final reveal. You'll collaborate closely with our creative team, helping translate ideas into extraordinary experiences while ensuring every project moves seamlessly from concept through production. You'll balance relationship-building, creative thinking, project management, and strategic communication, all while delivering the white-glove level of service our clients have come to expect. Build trusted relationships with clients from initial inquiry through project completion. Lead client meetings and creative conversations with confidence, warmth, and professionalism. Translate client goals into clear creative direction for our design team. Guide clients through the creative process while setting expectations and maintaining excitement throughout the project. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organization and attention to detail. Serve as the bridge between creativity, craftsmanship, and client experience. You understand that exceptional client service is about anticipation, not reaction. You appreciate great design and understand that every creative decision tells a story. They're comfortable working with discerning clients, collaborating with creative minds, and balancing multiple moving pieces without losing sight of the bigger picture. They find joy in creating memorable experiences, solving problems thoughtfully, and representing a brand that values beauty, craftsmanship, and excellence in every interaction. Account Management Client Services Luxury Hospitality / Concierge Services  Luxury Weddings or Events Branding or Creative Agencies Luxury Retail Private Executive Assistant / Household Manager Experience working with discerning clientele or premium brands is highly valued.
