We are seeking a skilled crate builder/Shop Worker to join our team and support our construction and carpentry activities.
In this role, you will work in our on-site workshop, assisting our skilled tradespeople and performing a variety of hands-on tasks to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints and construction plansUse a tape measure and other tools to take accurate measurementsPerform general shop work, including assembly, fabrication, and maintenanceAssist skilled carpenters and construction workers with a variety of tasksMaintain a clean and organized workshop environmentContribute to the overall success of our construction projectsQualifications Required:Ability to read and interpret blueprintsExperience using a tape measure and other shop toolsFamiliarity with construction and handyman workStrong attention to detail and a commitment to safetyPreferred:Previous experience as a shop helper or construction laborerKnowledge of various construction techniques and materialsWorking Conditions:This is a temporary-to-hire position, with the potential to transition to a permanent, full-time role.
