This role involves working with hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and following blueprints or work orders to ensure crates are built safely, accurately, and to customer specifications. Attention to detail, craftsmanship, and safety awareness are essential.Crate Builder Qualifications:Previous experience in crate building, carpentry, woodworking, manufacturing, or construction preferred.Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, nail guns, saws, and measuring devices.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and specifications.Strong measuring, cutting, and assembly skills with attention to detailAbility to stand, bend, kneel, and work in a physically demanding environment for extended periods.Basic math skills, including measuring and calculating dimensionsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
