As a full-time CPQ Analyst, the candidate will implement and optimize processes in the Quote to Order phase of the sales cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth while working remotely or onsite in San Mateo, CA. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end quoting experience and system-based pricing/discount approval workflows Define and operationalize amendment paths for hardware, SaaS, usage, and services Ensure product/SKU readiness for quoting in Salesforce with accurate selling attributes and mappings Required qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Quote-to-Order, or CPQ with hands-on configuration experience Proven experience in designing and rolling out quoting processes across hardware, SaaS, and services Strong understanding of amendments, co-terming, and order handoff to ERP systems Excellent stakeholder management and change management skills Preferred certifications include Salesforce Admin, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, or DealHub certifications
