CPG Growth Director, Retail & E‑Commerce

Better Buzz Coffee seeks a hands-on Director of Business Development for its CPG arm, expanding packaged products beyond cafés into grocery, club and e-commerce channels. You will own strategy, sales, marketing, supply chain and operations, reporting to the VP of Marketing, and will negotiate partnerships while leading cross-functional teams.
