To ensure accurate coding and billing, the full-time CPC Certified Medical Coder will assign CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes for services, adhering to government and third-party payer guidelines while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assign and verify correct coding for all services in accordance with regulatory requirements Demonstrate knowledge of relevant regulations, organizational policies, and procedures Perform additional duties and projects as assigned, maintaining compliance with all guidelines Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required CPC, CPC-A, CCS, or CCS-P certification required or to be obtained within one year of hire Proficient knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding Minimum of one year of professional fee coding experience in medical oncology, radiation oncology, or multispecialty coding preferred Experience with EMR and practice management software required, with Centricity and OncoEMR preferred
