Leading a team of coding professionals, the full-time CPC Certified Coding Supervisor will manage daily operations, ensure coding accuracy and compliance, and provide staff training and development while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities: Supervise coding team operations, including performance evaluations and productivity monitoring Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and conduct routine audits to maintain compliance Oversee workflow management and collaborate with various departments to resolve coding issues Required qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Professional CPC coder certification from AHIMA and/or AAPC, maintained annually 3+ years of medical coding experience in pro-fee coding 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a coding environment
