To enhance coding accuracy and compliance, the full-time remote CPC Certified Coding Coordinator will evaluate and resolve coding edits in Epic, review medical documentation, and communicate coding trends to leadership while providing education to medical providers. Key responsibilities Navigate Epic EMR to manage coding edits in Charge Review, Claim Edit, and Follow-up work queues Assign appropriate CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 codes and modifiers based on medical record documentation Conduct quality assurance audits and assist in improving coding workflows and compliance with regulations Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of five years of professional fee coding experience, with at least three years in the assigned specialty service line Required credential: CPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist Physician (CCS-P) Experience in E/M coding specific to the assigned specialty service line Preferred experience using Epic and managing work queues
