To enhance the billing process for customers and patients, the full-time remote CPC Certified Billing Specialist will manage charge entry, reconcile outstanding balances, and maintain collection agency accounts while working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key responsibilities Reconcile outstanding balances from insurances and patients through effective problem-solving Communicate with patients regarding open balances and collect payments accordingly Post charges, payments, and adjustments in Allscripts Practice Management software Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Knowledge of ICD-10 & CPT Codes CPC and/or AHIMA certification required
